What happens when my free trial ends?
Your library will switch to the Free plan automatically. You won't lose any data. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to unlock more features and higher seat limits.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When upgrading, the change takes effect immediately. When downgrading, it takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How does the annual billing work?
With annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront at a discounted rate. The discount percentage varies by plan and is shown on each plan card. Annual plans save you significantly compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all UPI payment methods including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and any UPI-enabled banking app. Simply scan the QR code or use the UPI ID shown during checkout.
How long does payment verification take?
Payment verification typically takes 5-15 minutes. Once verified, your plan is upgraded automatically and you get instant access to all features included in your plan.
What is the seat limit?
The seat limit refers to the maximum number of active students you can manage in your library at any given time. Expired or inactive students don't count towards this limit.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of a paid plan purchase if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team for assistance.
Can I get a custom plan for my needs?
Yes! If none of our standard plans fit your requirements, contact us and we'll create a custom plan tailored to your library's specific needs. This is ideal for large chains or multi-location libraries.
