Refund Policy

1. Our Refund Promise

At Libraryly, we believe in our product. That's why we offer a 7-day money-back guaranteeon all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, we'll refund your payment in full โ€” no questions asked.

2. Free Plan

Libraryly's Free plan (up to 20 seats) is free forever and requires no payment information. Since no payment is collected, no refund applies. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with all core features.

3. Paid Plans โ€” Refund Window

All paid plans (Lite, Standard, Growth, and Unlimited) come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase or plan upgrade:

  • Within 7 days: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 7 days: No refund for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges
  • Plan upgrades: The 7-day window resets when you upgrade to a higher plan
  • Plan downgrades: No refund for the difference; the new rate applies from the next billing cycle

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through any of the following channels:

  • WhatsApp: Send a message to +91 7850035307 with your registered email and "Refund Request"
  • Email: Send an email to princeedithouse@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request โ€” [Your Library Name]"
  • Dashboard: Go to Settings โ†’ Billing โ†’ Request Refund

Please include your registered email address, library name, and the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated for improvement purposes).

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Approval: Within 24-48 hours of receiving your request
  • UPI refunds: 1-3 business days
  • Card refunds: 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • Net banking refunds: 5-10 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions active for more than 7 days from purchase/upgrade date
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month usage after the 7-day refund window
  • Any third-party service fees or payment gateway charges

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Refund: Returns your payment. Access may be downgraded to the Free plan immediately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard without requesting a refund. Your library data will be preserved for 30 days after the subscription ends.
